Brigadoon
Set in the remote Highlands of Scotland, Brigadoon is a tale of mystery and intrigue, centred around a village that appears for one day every hundred years, following the making of a pact between the village minister (Mr Forsythe) and God. The pact was entered into to protect the villagers from the witches who roamed the Highlands, for Mr Forsythe believed that by doing this they would never be on earth long enough to be touched by them.
Two American tourists, Tommy Albright and Jeff Douglas, stumble across the village in the mists, whilst on a hunting trip.
Tommy meets with Fiona McKeith, whose sister is getting married to Charlie Cameron, and is smitten.
As the truth about Brigadoon and its existence is unravelled, Tommy is faced with making a life-changing decision: to stay or return to New York.
